As our Participant Advocate, you’ll be a friendly voice our participants can rely on. You’ll work closely with our participants to navigate through educating, problem solving, and supporting. Participant Advocate’s take an active role in meeting our company defined goals, and to be successful you’ll need to be positive, empathetic, patient, and passionate about providing service excellence. Your role in our mission will be to guide people through their benefits experience with care and clarity.
