- Drive sales of GF-BFS Vinyl products to wholesale distributors, contractors, and end users.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, leads, and potential partnerships across CA, NV, and AZ.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key wholesale partners, including training, support, and joint business planning.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals and brand positioning.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support.
- Travel regularly within the region to meet with clients, attend trade events, and support distributor activity.
- Maintain an active presence in the market through site visits, events, and relationship building.
- Report on sales activity, market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts to leadership.
- This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years’ related experience.
- Knowledge of major account selling, and the construction market is required.
- Experience in wholesale distribution and an understanding of the independent manufacturer rep model is strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, planning and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% monthly.
