You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks and repairs to keep our facilities in excellent condition.Requirements
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience supervising a maintenance crew a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for cleaning floors.
- Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
- Cleans and assist with upkeep of the facilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Full and/or Part-time.
- $17-$20 an hour depending on experience
