- Develop, maintain and influence transmission planning and generation interconnection models to incorporate Amazon’s growth plans
- Support effective business decision making across renewable energy, load capacity planning and deployment by managing and aggregating datasets and key performance indicators from multiple sources to provide a single source of truth on status, cost, capacity, key dates, and contractual terms management across a portfolio of energy projects
- Partner with internal teams (Energy, Procurement, Operations, Field Engineering) and external stakeholders (Utilities, RTOs) to identify and mitigate transmission constraints
- Run in-house power flow transmission studies to explore non-wires alternative solutions such as Battery storage to rapidly decarbonize data center energy use
- Support technical due diligence assessments on power connection options, to assess costs, timelines and key risks for proposed power projects
- Facilitate internal and external meetings by managing agendas, facilitating scheduling, owning meeting minutes, and follow through on action items
- Support management of consultants via Master Service Agreements, Work Orders and other contractual documents relating to projectsWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Seattle, WA, USABASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)

The base pay for this position ranges from $87,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
