Join the Life and Accident & Health Finance team, where you will play a key role in delivering comprehensive and timely financial information to support and enhance strategic business decision-making.In this role, you will actively contribute to the annual budgeting and planning processes, as well as the regular forecasting activities. Your responsibilities will include detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, and providing insightful recommendations to drive financial performance. By working closely with business leaders, you will help shape financial strategies and ensure the alignment of financial goals with overall business objectives.The ideal candidate will be an individual that has Finance and P&L understanding. Other critical skills include being a good communicator (both written and verbal) and a critical thinker with an analytical mindset. The role requires participation on projects where needed.Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area
OR * High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance areaOR * Completion of Zurich Finance Development Program, including a Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance areaOR * Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with 4 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance areaAND * Experience with planning/forecasting models and Power BI or other visualization / scorecard toolsPreferred Qualifications:
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience specifically Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
