Also, this position assures a safe and reliable environment in which to provide medical services.Work Schedule: 40 hrs weekly / 1.0 FTE; Week 1 10-hour shifts: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday 6am-4:30pm; Week 2: Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday 7am-5:30pmRequired Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent

Chief AChief B1st Class A1st Class B2nd Class A2nd Class B * Must have any ONE of the following at HIRE:Chief C upon hire1st Class C upon hire2nd Class C upon hireSpecial Engineers licenseQUALIFYING LICENSURE UPON HIRE, NO CONTINGENCIESIF ABOVE LICENSURE(S) NOT PRESENT AT HIRE
Must obtain completion within 18 months of hire date:
2nd Class B license * Must have a valid driver's license in the state of employee residence and meet all criteria required under Lakeview's Automobile Liability Guidelines.
Basic computer and email skills
Good customer service, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude skills, and able to change or reprioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet our patients/building needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical school training in plant operations/building maintenance and/or HVAC
1-year experience in the operation of H.V.A.C., refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems, preferably in a health care setting
