SummaryReporting to the Senior Director of Principal and Major Gifts, the Senior Major Gifts Officer (SMGO) will play a vital role in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift donors for the Spaulding Rehabilitation network. To that end, the SMGO will develop strategies and solicitation plans for defined prospects who are able to make outright and/or planned gifts primarily at the six- and seven-figure levels. In addition, the SMGO will oversee the ongoing implementation and management of Spaulding network’s comprehensive grateful patient fundraising program.
