The Opportunity:CACI is the prime contractor for the US Air Force Taj Mahal program, an integration and transformation effort, that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP SaaS solution, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of USAF legacy systems to a SaaS solution will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our USAF airmen and their families.We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical Developer / Technical Lead to take ownership of extensions, reporting, integrations, and data migration for the Air Force’s HCM SaaS implementation. In this role, you will lead design decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure technical solutions align with mission requirements for Accessions, Assignments, and Orders. You will work directly with HR SMEs, Agile Product Teams, and Air Force stakeholders to deliver a secure, auditable, and fully integrated Product.Responsibilities:Lead design and development of extensions (Design Studio, Journeys, Fast Formulas, BPM approvals, VBCS).Architect and deliver OTBI analytics, BI Publisher reports, and HCM Extracts for HR, payroll, and talent processes.Design and build secure integrations with legacy Air Force systems using HDL/HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs, and SFTP/PGP file exchanges.Own data migration strategy: crosswalks from legacy systems, data cleansing, validation, and audit traceability.Provide technical leadership to junior developers and guide Agile backlog refinement.Partner with HR Systems Analysts to ensure processes are fully supported in Fusion HCM.Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, STIG, and RMF standards.Deliver technical artifacts (workbooks, integration maps, migration scripts) with Government Purpose Rights.Qualifications:Required:BA/BS + 10 YRS7–10 years of Oracle HCM technical experience (Fusion and/or EBS HRMS).Deep expertise with HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP APIs.Proven experience leading data migration and system integration for large-scale HCM implementations.Strong functional knowledge of Core HR and Talent workflows.Experience mentoring developers and leading technical design reviews.Desired:Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist certification.Prior Air Force or DoD HRIT program experience.Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
