  • Travel mileage reimbursement is portal to portal
Responsibilities:
  • Telephone triage
  • PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager
  • After-hours admissions and screens
  • Remote chart auditing
  • Stand up and stand down participation
Qualifications:
  • Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
  • Hospice, oncology or home health experience is preferred.
  • Minimum two years recent, professional nursing experience.
  • Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
