A family owned general contractor based in Middletown, RI is seeking a superintendent for residential and commercial construction projects.The Superintendent will be responsible for:
Lead all field operations and on-site teams
Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control
Monitor safety compliance and enforce site protocols
Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders
Problem solve in real time to keep job moving efficiently
Maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and trades
