ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Annapolis Junction, MDWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator to join the team in support of Federal Government clients. As the ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing ServiceNow instances, ensuring system performance, and implementing new features and functionalities. The qualified ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) must have an active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph security clearance. This position is 100% Remote.ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Qualifications:– Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
– 4 years of additional Systems Administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
– 10 years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
– 4 years of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) is required.
– 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform is required.
– 1 year of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications is required.
– ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification is required.Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plan, PTO, etc. Salary: 80K+ DOE.
