  • Be the primary sales contact for customers in the Northeast Territory (PA, MD, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, and Ontario, Quebec).
  • Manage sales for regional customers, including OEMs and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and markets.
  • Train customers on products and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Travel up to 50% to meet customers, prospects, and attend events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience (degree plus experience preferred).
  • 5+ years of B2B sales and sales management experience (focus on OEM-heavy markets and establishing distribution partners strongly preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge including industrial solenoid valves, chemical injectors, and industrial systems.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
  • Safe driving record and willingness to travel by air.
