Northeast Regional Sales Manager

- Be the primary sales contact for customers in the Northeast Territory (PA, MD, NJ, NY, CT, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, and Ontario, Quebec).
- Manage sales for regional customers, including OEMs and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets by developing new customers and markets.
- Train customers on products and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
- Travel up to 50% to meet customers, prospects, and attend events.
- Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience (degree plus experience preferred).
- 5+ years of B2B sales and sales management experience (focus on OEM-heavy markets and establishing distribution partners strongly preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods.
- Relevant product and industry knowledge including industrial solenoid valves, chemical injectors, and industrial systems.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software.
- Safe driving record and willingness to travel by air.
