The Program Associate provides administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Program Department, ensuring smooth coordination of initiatives across a global network of camps and programs. Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, this role supports scheduling, communications, event planning, and vendor management, while contributing to the efficiency of internal systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.PERKS:Meaningful work supporting life-changing camp programs for children and families worldwideHybrid schedule with Mondays remote and Fridays offProfessional growth through exposure to global nonprofit operationsCollaborative and mission-driven team cultureCompetitive hourly pay rate of $20-$25RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, meeting coordination, and data entry.Assist with program initiatives such as Leadership Fellows, Mentorship Program, and professional development grants.Coordinate logistics for conferences, gatherings, and field visits including supplies, travel, and translation services.Track invoices, reimbursements, payments, and maintain vendor relationships.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ensure timely completion of program tasks.QUALIFICATIONS:Experience providing administrative or program support in a professional setting.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.Ability to manage projects, track deadlines, and work independently.Prior nonprofit or network-based organization experience preferred.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Hourly pay rate: $20-$25Hybrid schedule (Remote on Monday, off on Fridays)Part-time permanent role at 28 hours per week.About Our Firm
