- Facilitate project administration and field activities, emphasizing safety and quality control.
- Collaborate with project engineers, exercising judgment and discretion in recommendations.
- Manage trade partner/supplier relations and contract alterations, including RFIs and change orders.
- Oversee financial accounts, delivery schedules, production trend reports, and other administrative tasks as per the Book of 14.
- Bachelor's degree Construction Management.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel templates, Prolog, Primavera, and AutoDesk Suite.
- Previous construction industry internships (not mandatory).
- Manage materials to align with project schedule and sequence.
- Oversee the submittal and shop drawing process for trade partner employees.
- Conduct thorough reviews and approve submittals, shop drawings, and product data.
- Efficiently create and manage RFIs.
- Handle subcontract bonds, insurance, pay applications, correspondence, change estimates, and potential change orders.
- Assist in data compilation for monthly owner pay applications and margin analysis.
- Engage in jobsite safety meetings and audits.
- Facilitate quality control plans, including participation in various inspections and meetings.
- Support BIM and VDC in RFIs creation and shop drawings review from coordinated models.
- Salary Range: The compensation for this position is $72,600 annually.
