  • Operate high-speed filling and packaging equipment in a safe and efficient manner; performs the process of filling branded containers, either cans or bottles, with liquid product.
  • Set-up machinery and ensure all materials are correct and readily available to use in the production process.
  • Confirms the delivery and accuracy of raw materials for production and the corresponding documentation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults; comprehend and communicate correct root cause of malfunctions to the appropriate parties.
  • Monitor and maintain blow-mold technology for production of various PET sizes.
  • Input product and line performance data into both the Line Information System (LIS) and Infinity Quality System (IQS); enter the data into the LIS correct action log.
  • Apply brand identification labels to product bottles.
  • Feeds bottles or cardboard carton materials into an automated machine to produce and form a variety of different package types for aluminum cans or PET bottles.
  • Palletize finished product and shrink wrap for inventory, storage, and distribution with the use of RF scanning, intelligent pallet labeling and warehouse management system.
  • Confirm that required Infinity QS Quality checks are being completed; communicate any out-of-specification findings and take appropriate action.
  • Safely operates forklift to secure replenishment of raw materials for production and execute proper placement of finished product in the warehouse.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of equipment in assigned area.
  • Uphold adherence standards with operators on GMP, Safety and Food Safety standards and guidelines.
  • Reconcile production of Full Goods reports and adjust prior to Supervisor's confirmation.
  • Work with Production Supervisors to identify and implement line efficiency and yield improvements.
  • Holds employees to adherence standards with 5S and sanitation duties and proper documentation.
  • Provides break-relief and leave-of-absence coverage.
  • Promotes a positive learning and development environment for production team; encourages proactive work ethics and a training mentality for all employees.
  • Operates production and sanitation equipment as well as PIVs (powered industrial vehicles), and lift equipment.
  • Conducts product HOLD process and maintains the organization of the HOLD area.
  • Maintain and ensure organization of line and raw materials along with warehouse area.
  • Plan and determine the most efficient use of line personnel, raw materials, and time.
  • Review all Operator and Lead paperwork and confirm they are completed in a neat and timely manner.
Physical Requirements

  • Acute Vision: Constantly (observing both near and far, reading documents, monitors)
  • Mobility: Frequent travel around the equipment they operate.
  • Bending/Squatting: Occasional bending and squatting to clean and operate machinery.
  • Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to operate machinery.
  • Lifting: Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Climbing: Occasional use of ladders or stairs.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum one year of work experience required.
  • Prior experience in high-speed manufacturing, preferably in beverage or foods industry.
  • Knowledge of how to use IPL system and SAP forklift system associated with it, or similar programs.
  • Strong computer application skills, including Excel, Word, and SAP.
  • Working knowledge of industrial technology, a plus.
  • Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, and reading comprehension beneficial.
  • Knowledge of LEAN methodologies and TPM (Total Preventative Maintenance) processes, including 5S, Root-Cause Analysis, and continuous improvement practices preferred.
  • Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required.
