- Location : Chicago
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour
- Schedule: Day and night shifts available, longer shifts preferred
- Overtime Pay Opportunities: Time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week
- Client Needs Vary: Dementia care, mobility support, personal care, companionship
- Provide hands-on, one-on-one care in a private home
- Support Clients with ADLs (bathing, toileting, transfers, meals, etc.)
- Work closely with Nurse Case Managers who help guide the care plan
- Build long-term relationships with Clients and their families
- Longer Shifts – We focus on Clients with complex care needs
- Nurse Support – You’re backed by experienced Nurse Case Managers
- Consistency – Most Clients stay with us for months or years
- Respect and Teamwork – We listen, include, and support you
- Client Matching – We pair you with Clients that fit your style
- Overtime Available – Get paid 1.5x when you work 40+ hours/week
We’re hiring Care Professionals and CNAs who:
- Have experience in in-home care or facility care
- Are reliable, kind, and communicative
- Are open to learning and working collaboratively with a team
