- Assist with training in the technology department
- Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support; ability to troubleshoot complex technology issues
- Troubleshoot and take on an advisory role for enterprise VOIP system, bank AV equipment, hardware imaging, and hardware replacements
- Create and maintain a physical inventory system of bank hardware
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and all other computer related systems, devices, and equipment
- Ability to identify, track and complete tasks for multiple projects under prescribed timeframes
- Create and update documentation of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes
- Review current processes for efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis
- College degree OR level of education, together with industry experience, enables the applicant to meet the job requirements
- 5+ years of network engineering/operations experience required
- Proficiency with full range of layer 1-7 and routing protocols, TCP/IP protocol suite, DNS, IP space management, Internet Security, switches, and routers preferred
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Office 365 required
- Ability to participate in 24/7 on call rotation
- Experience with VMware ESXi administration, Windows server administration, VoIP administration, Hypervisor, Cisco networking/router, or switches ASA administration preferred
- CCNA, CCNP, and/or CCIE preferred
- Experience working in a managed cloud environment (Azure/AWS) preferred
