Heavy Civil Project Manager With Bridge & Highway Experience

• Manage all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, from planning and design to construction and completion.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee all project activities, including procurement, subcontracts, and field operations.
• Manage and supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare and submit project reports to clients and stakeholders.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction, with a strong emphasis on highways and bridges.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
