Our model focuses on being a strategic partner, providing value-added services and deliverables to enhance our clients' capabilities.Position Overview:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Aerospace Stress Engineer Level 1 to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing and evaluating the structural integrity of aerospace components, ensuring they meet all design requirements and regulatory standards.Responsibilities: * Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and hand calculations to assess the structural integrity of aerospace components under various loading conditions.
  • Perform stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and fracture mechanics analysis to predict component behavior and lifespan.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop optimized designs that meet performance, weight, and cost targets.
  • Evaluate and interpret analysis results to provide recommendations for design improvements or modifications.
  • Generate technical reports documenting analysis methodologies, results, and conclusions.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to support design decision-making processes.
  • Support testing and validation activities by developing test plans, analyzing test data, and correlating results with analytical predictions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements in analysis techniques, and regulatory requirements related to aerospace structural analysis.
Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in finite element analysis (FEA) software such as ANSYS, Nastran, or Abaqus.
  • Understanding of structural mechanics, stress analysis principles, and fatigue/fracture mechanics.
  • Experience with aerospace materials and manufacturing processes preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with relevant aerospace regulations and standards (e.g., FAA, EASA, MIL standards) is a plus.
