Our wage packages include employer paid medical, dental, vision plans, and continuing education! Retirement plans are available through our Union Signatories. Profit share.Our Residential HVAC Service Technicians not only provide quality service, diagnosis, and repairs, but they serve as the main communication link between the client and our company. Due to the wide variety of activities, our Residential HVAC Service Technicians require a wide range of skills, which include:
  • Heating, Ventilation and Cooling equipment for residential homes, apartment/ multi-family complexes, and offices
  • Perform preventive maintenance on all types of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Service area primarily 75-mile radius of home shop
  • Self-motivated and dependable
Opportunity to expand your experience into:
  • Package roof-top units, cooling towers and boilers
  • Commercial and industrial property equipment
  • Commercial kitchen equipment and kitchen exhausts and make up air units.
  • Supermarket and small commercial refrigeration, including Walk-Ins and Ice Machines
  • Self-contained refrigeration units
Experience is desirable, but apprenticeship or trade school will be considered.Requirements:
  • Good DMV and Criminal records.
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive drug test.
  • A neat/clean appearance.
