- Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Technologies or a related field (extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu).
- 5+ years of experience in service sales or capital equipment sales.
- Industry knowledge of food and dairy processing; experience with aseptic processing or powder packaging is a plus.
- Experience working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and key account development.
- Strong understanding of industrial service products and value-based selling.
- Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable negotiating complex service contracts and managing customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities, especially in customer-facing settings.
- High level of emotional intelligence, professionalism, and adaptability.
- The ability to foster trust and long-term partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Required to travel 50-75% of the time, including occasional international travel.
