Your responsibilities will include Manage monthly financial close and outlook process, including timely and accurate completion of all activities, identifying and executing on opportunities to streamline processes and/or improve predictability and preparing material for actual vs budget reviews Manage annual planning activities, ensuring annual standard costs are complete and accurate at the part / sku level Responsible for ensuring adequate documentation is maintained for SOX controls and supporting control owners to ensure controls are designed and operating effectively Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work autonomously with little oversight and make prudent and informed decisions, often quickly and with limited information Strong understanding of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies. Proven track record in driving continuous improvement via lean tools (World Class Manufacturing experience) Proven ability to grow individual and organizational competency through proactive coaching and mentoring Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict resolution, and team-building skills Value the diversity of ideas, opinions, experiences, backgrounds, and perspectives needed to foster a competitive global business environment Strong technology skills, particularly with the Google suite of applications and SAP
