- Keep accurate and detailed records of patients in compliance with facility and license requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in all face-to-face interactions, as well as on the telephone, via virtual meetings, and on social media
- Establish a strong rapport with clients to foster a healthy professional relationship
- Complete intake assessments, which include documentation such as Mental Status Exams, intake paperwork, and other assessments
- Communicate with referral sources as well as primary care physicians (PCP) after initial intake, and as needed for ongoing care of clients
- Complete timesheet daily, reflecting billable hours worked by the end of the day
- Maintain clients’ charts and keep complete and correct documentation
- Exercise sound clinical and professional judgment
- Attend all training as outlined in the Clinical Training spreadsheet
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required
- High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or equivalent; master's degree preferred
- State license that is current, unrestricted, and in good standing for a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or equivalent
- Must have 1-3 years of marriage and family therapy experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed therapist: LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with children 5 years and up
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with families
- Medical, Dental, and Vision, or a Monthly Medical stipend to apply to existing insurance
