Turfway Park Racing & Gaming is a gaming and entertainment facility located in Florence, Kentucky, featuring over 800 popular, thrilling, state-of-the-art Vegas-style games, a one-mile thoroughbred horse racing track, sports wagering, two restaurants, and a 20,000+ square foot Event Center / Entertainment Venue.Duties:
Properly receive and greet guests
Take orders and serve food/beverages in a fast-paced environment
Properly accept and process guest payments
Prepare/order pizzas, sandwiches and salads using standard formulas or following directions
Clean area, maintain dining area, wipe tables and dispose of trash
Stock and restock items as necessary
Insure all sanitation procedures are followed relating to all local licensing regulations
Requirements:
Prior concessions preferred including POS
Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated
Must be able to communicate clearly
Possess excellent cash handling skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events
