Were seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to provide critical support to a Project Manager for telecom construction projects in the NYC market. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and Excel-savvy who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Youll be responsible for ensuring documentation is accurate, communications are clear, and project activities stay on trackwithin scope, budget, and deadlines.Key Responsibilities
- Maintain document control and manage project databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Track project activities, deadlines, and deliverables to support on-time, on-budget completion.
- Manage RFDS and client tracking databases; upload, retrieve, and organize project files.
- Attend daily/weekly deployment meetings and provide current project status to the team.
- Coordinate communications between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, and logs.
- Support financial and scheduling reporting as needed.
- 2+ years of project administration or construction coordination experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training or education may substitute for part of the experience).
- Strong background in data analytics, data entry, and database management.
- Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formula creation for data manipulation and reporting.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- AT&T project experience.
- Familiarity with PACE and IWM (internal telecom scheduling/project management systems).
- Previous telecom, wireless, fiber, small cell, or right-of-way project experience.
- Financial reporting or analysis background.
- Past experience supporting construction or engineering projects.
- Experience with project controls or large-scale scheduling systems.
- U.S. citizenship required; must pass background check and 10-panel drug screen (marijuana included).
