- Conduct outbound calls and emails to educate potential clients on the opportunities provided by our digital marketing services.
- Communicate Hawke Media’s value proposition, helping business owners understand the benefits of our tailored solutions.
- Identify and analyze potential challenges and opportunities with prospects, providing insights to improve sales efforts.
- Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit with our services, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Accurately document key information and maintain CRM records for follow-up and tracking purposes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, establishing trust and rapport through consistent communication.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, providing a positive and informative introduction to Hawke Media.
- Attend conferences and networking events to drive leads.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment where learning from setbacks and celebrating successes are part of the journey.
- 1-3+ years in sales industry
- Bachelors degree
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel-- Paid Media (Paid Search, Programmatic, Amazon, Google Shopping & Marketplaces), Earned & Owned Media (SEO, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Influencer, Creative, UX/UI, Web Development)
- Experience in full sales cycle including prospecting, deal closing and demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred (We use Hubspot!)
