- Develop and implement strategies to expand the HVAC sales channel network, including new distributors, dealers, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design channel-specific programs, promotions, and training.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and track market offerings to identify product/service gaps and improvement areas.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Recommend go-to-market strategy by assessing margin performance and analyzing competitive positioning.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, HVAC sales, channel development, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC technologies, systems, and components.
- Direct experience with an HVAC manufacturer is required.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value and business impact.
