We tap into the magic of what makes Bose, BOSE, and through our marketing efforts, connect that magic with people who relate to our belief that sound is the most powerful force on earth.About the roleThe Website Merchandiser is accountable for driving online sales by driving brand/assortment expansion, increasing active merchandise sell-through, and optimizing the percent of inventory live on the website in areas of responsibility. As a critical member of the eCommerce Merchandising team, will leverage data (including website analytics, sales and inventory reporting, and customer feedback) to recommend and execute merchandising strategies that improve digital user experience and business results. The ideal candidate is an experienced visual merchandiser with a strong background in maximizing conversions and cross-selling, paired with an innate sense of personal style and high taste level.Key Responsibilities:Curates on-site visual merchandising including identifying up-selling opportunities, creating landing pages, and curating collections for all marketing campaignsDaily monitoring of incoming product to ensure all collection pages are up to dateWorks closely with both production and marketing teams to coordinate product launches, including creation of all products in SF Commerce CloudMonitor and analyze to optimize sells through and stock levelsProvide detailed seasonal and ad-hoc reports and analysis on sales and stock levelsClosely monitor store performance and inventory to limit ‘dead’ stock, product shortages and establish a regular cadence with cross-functional teams, for rightsizing inventory across selling channelsProvide recommendations to key stakeholders across the DTC team based on store performance and sales trends, as well as communicate any assortment changesRequired skills:2-5 years of professional work experienceBachelor's degree in marketing or related fieldAt least one year working in eCommerce/digital merchandisingKnowledge of website design, execution, analytics and technology.eCommerce and web analytics tools (Google or Adobe)SAP/CRM toolsSalesforce experience highly preferredBose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
