- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values.
- Safely drive and operate lumber delivery truck.
- Assume responsibility for the proper operation and maintenance of company vehicle.
- Perform daily pre and post safety checklists on truck.
- Observe and obey all traffic laws in the operation of assigned company vehicle.
- Record the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) log at the end of each shift.
- Record all information on each delivery ticket and turn in a signed delivery ticket.
- Deliver orders/building materials to each customer according the specifications on the delivery ticket.
- Provide exceptional customer service and team support.
- Advise management of any customer situations beyond scope of authority.
- Maintain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and department of transportation (DOT) medical card.
- Maintain insurable driving record.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, identifying and addressing potential safety concerns.
- Operate equipment according to specification and in alignment with designated safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.
- Perform other duties as required.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Class A or B CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Track record of safety-conscious performance.
- Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 75 lbs of force regularly.
- Repetitive motion associated with operating a forklift and other equipment.
- Frequent climbing into and out of a large truck, bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.
- Sitting for long periods of time while driving.
- Outdoor working conditions, sometimes in extreme climates.
