- Coordinate the preparation of recurring reports and develop stand alone briefing products to accurately and precisely convey Product Office information to higher level decision makers
- Manage Staff Action Control Office taskings and responses for the Product Office, ensuring comprehensive and timely responses
- Coordinate the formation of Integrated Planning Teams to achieve specific goals in support of functional leads; coordinate and collaborate with other Product Offices as required
- Provide recommendations and advice on production management, schedule, and cost
- Facilitate vertical and horizontal communications through excellent oral and written products
- Clearance Required: Secret
- A bachelor's degree or higher is required
- 10+ years working in Department of Defense Acquisition-related areas
- Experience leading and/or working on an Integrated Planning Team
- Experience working on an Army staff
- Experience commensurate with Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Ability to think critically and manage multiple activities at the strategic, operational, and tactical level
- Expertise in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications; working knowledge of MS Project
- Must be comfortable briefing and engaging with senior military officers and senior executive service civilians; a proactive, self-starter who can work as an effective team member in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment; adept at conflict resolution
- Teammate will work on site in a government office; infrequent travel may be required
- Experience/expertise in Missile Defense and/or Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems and operations
- DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management, Contracts, Business, or related field
- Experience leading an Army Product Office
- Working knowledge of Project Management Resource Tools Enterprise Analytics (PMRT and CCaR)
