Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for leveraging marketplaces to grow our business focusing on sales trends, promotional opportunities, SEO, & conversion rate optimization
  • Responsible for marketplace strategy, management, and results
  • Organize and manage our E-commerce platform accounts while making strategic plans to drive significant growth
  • Oversee and optimize product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, algorithms, and product search rankings including detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking
  • Strong knowledge of product branding
  • Research and establish accounts with e-commerce platforms and online retailers to sell our products
  • Manage current online retailer accounts such as Staples, Office Depot, Zoro, etc.
  • Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge customers responses to site updates
  • Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue growth through marketplace tools
  • Manage advertising campaigns and budgets; including creating promotions and getting products into reviewer’s hands and sites
  • Conduct competitive research and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist and respond to inquiries and aid in resolving customer questions/issues
  • Analyze reports, present findings, and provide recommendations for areas of growth
  • Monitor offers and competing products from online retail competitors
  • Work with fulfillment team to ensure products are shipped on time and at the highest quality
  • Maintain accurate data in NetSuite and E-commerce platforms to include inventory, sales orders, fulfillment, invoices, and refunds
  • Other tasks related to online marketplaces and broader eCommerce efforts as assigned
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years’ experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.
  • Experience with managing online retailers such as Staples, Office Depot, etc.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated who is excited to dive in and impact growth
  • Detail oriented, organized, strategic and analytical thinker
  • Fast-learner, excellent communication (verbal & written), & multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • MUST have an extremely deep understanding of Amazon marketplace
  • Knowledge of NetSuite is a plus
  • Solid understanding of shipping and fulfillment requirements for e-commerce marketplaces
