- Shift Premiums: 2nd/3rd shift = $1.00/hour.

- Perform visual and dimensional inspection and maintain accurate documentation on a variety of parts in accordance with ANSI Y 14.5.
- Assistance may be given other operators on proper operational procedures.
- Perform housekeeping and other job-related duties as assigned by foreman.
- Must be willing and available to work any shift (2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm, 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am).
- Two (2) years of experience of Inspection on precision hardware, completion of an accredited training program will be considered.
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must apply basic math skills, read and interpret complex blueprints and Geometric symbols to identify inspection requirements, and select proper measuring devices.
- Set-up and use a variety of mechanical and electrical measuring devices.
- Visually and dimensionally inspect parts for conformance and take appropriate action to call out discrepancies.
- Preform necessary documentation to assure proper disposition of accepted and rejected parts.
- Maintain all paperwork including lab reports purchase orders, logbook, RTS records, etc.
- Be able to lift up to 30 LBS and stand for long intervals for efficiency of operation and use mechanical aids (such as 2-wheel trucks and electric trucks) as required.
- Pass required vision examination.
- Meet all applicable visual/dimensional written and operational examinations.
