Salary: $60,405.80 - $65,780.00SUMMARYThe Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of warehouse employees, ensure compliance with all company policies, assist in the training of new hires, and ensure all safety, production, sanitation, and quality standards are attained.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure quality and On-Time delivery to customer
  • Ensure compliance of sanitation guidelines by warehouse employees
  • Monitor employee relations and handle employee issues/problems
  • Assist with training new hires and other training as needed
  • Oversee the daily actions of employees including performance management
  • Ensure all employees are in compliance with safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Flexible Schedule including weekends
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Experience in a unionized environment preferred
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in Warehouse supervising at least 10 associates; preferably in the Grocery industry or fast paced, production based environment
EQUIPMENT USED
  • Steel Toe Shoes are required
  • Heavy Equipment – as dictated by position and location
  • Computer
  • Other equipment based on environment location
