Berger Chevrolet’s Part’s department is eager to add hardworking individuals to their warehouse staff. Berger is looking for an individual who has excellent organizational skills and great accuracy to contribute to keeping our parts customers satisfied; as Part Stockers are essential team members for maintaining inventory. The Part Stocking team reports to the Parts Warehouse Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Pulls, loads, checks, and verifies inventory to meet store and customer orders
  • Stages routes and loads trucks for wholesale delivery drivers
  • Inventory maintenance
  • Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
  • Annual physical inventory
  • Returns processing
  • Make deliveries as backup for Delivery Drivers
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned through continued employment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Warehouse experience preferred
  • Hi-Lo experience preferred
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Needs to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to be on your feet all day (8-hour shift)
  • Ability to lift /carry by hand freight weighing around 50+ pounds
  • Display self-motivation and problem-solving abilities
  • Must have customer service, organizational, accuracy and time management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Valid MI Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Must comply with work place health procedures as directed by the public health department
