Hiring a Process Operator - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing- Malvern, PAAdecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting a global provider of delivery technologies, development, drug manufacturing, biologics, gene therapies and consumer health products in hiring a Process Operator in Malvern, PA.We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals with strong basic math skills and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a GMP-regulated environment.Location: Malvern, PAShift: 2nd 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM - Training may begin on 1st Shift.Pay Rate: The wage for this position is between $22-$24/hr. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors🔍 Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate pharmaceutical equipment to micronize and mill active pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients.
  • Set up, run, and monitor equipment in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Accurately document batch production activities in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with cGMP standards.
  • Promptly report any deviations, safety concerns, or equipment issues.
  • Participate in team meetings, shift handovers, and process improvement activities.
  • Strive to achieve First Time Right (FTR) and other performance goals.
Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a regulated industry preferred (pharmaceuticals, food, chemical, etc.).
Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working with hazardous/high-potency materials and in PPE.
  • Willingness to work weekday and weekend overtime as needed.
💪 Physical Requirements:
  • Lift/move up to 44 lbs individually, up to 76 lbs as a team, or more with mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and climb ladders during shift.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and pass required medical clearances.
  • Work safely in a controlled, occasionally noisy environment while wearing full PPE.
🥼 PPE/Dress Code:
  • Steel-toe safety shoes required (employee-provided).
  • All other PPE provided by employer.
