Description :This role reports to the Sr. Director, Finance. You will work to drive improvement of various business processes and data infrastructure to enable global, real-time, and sustainable actionable insights. Responsibilities will include working with a variety of business groups including Finance, Accounting, Operations, Product Management, Sales, Service, Procurement and Engineering. Preferred skills include a strong knowledge of ERP financial systems and accounting data models, advanced capability in an ETL tool (ex: Alteryx, SAS, DataIku, Microsoft Fabric), fluent in a common programming language(s) (ex: SQL and/or Python), intermediate capability in a Data Visualization tool (ex: Power BI or Tableau), and strong PowerPoint skills. Experience with any of these 3 ERPs is a plus (SAP, Microsoft D365, and Infor LN).Essential DutiesLead process and data infrastructure changes needed to enable global, real-time, and sustainable actionable insights:
  • Act as the Global Analytics change agent to drive changes needed in process, data input and data infrastructure to meet global analytics needs.
  • Technical skills and analytical ability to utilize analytics tools to compile, analyze, and visualize data to inform decisions and support project execution and data validation for various initiatives.
  • Preparation of business research and analysis, including financial analysis.
  • Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops.
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with various leaders to develop methodologies and validate results.
  • Create effective business partnerships, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to drive value.
  • Translate as-is business states and future business states into digestible documentation, using project management skills, data insights, and business process knowledge to integrate solutions into practice.
Operational Process Changes and Infrastructure PMO
  • Lead Operational process changes needed, including detailing business requirements, project management, communication to business functions, assistance and guidance for updating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) where necessary, validation of SOPs and implementation.
Financial Operations Process and Infrastructure PMO
  • Lead ERP configuration and/or integration needs to meet global analytical standards, including project management, building business requirements, deck building for communication to IT, financial, and operational business functions. Assist in design and qualification to meet global standards.
Global IT Architecture change PMO
  • Lead ERP/CRM configuration and/or integration needs to meet global analytical standards, including project management, building business requirements, deck building for communication to IT and business functions, and coaching of business partners.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience working with financial statements to analyze, extract, and understand results.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP financial systems and accounting data models.
  • Experienced developer in Advanced Analytics tools: Alteryx, SAS, DataIku, Microsoft Fabric), or comparable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with teams across organization.
  • Experienced developer in Data Visualization tool(s): Power BI, Tableau.
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple ERP systems a plus: (SAP ECC, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor LN, AS-400).
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of OneStream is a plus.
Education & Experience Requirements
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or other relevant Analytics fields with demonstrated high level of data skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. CPA or MBA is a plus.
