In this role, you will:
  • Maintain compliance to all aspects of Safety.
  • Test, Troubleshoot, Disposition, and perform Root Cause Corrective Action on Classified & Unclassified deliverable and undeliverable units on a required and as needed basis
  • Create, maintain and improve work instructions (e.g., test plans, OSOPs)
  • Collaborate with other Process Owners to meet test process efficiency and compliance goals collectively
  • Comply with audits
  • Play an active role in assisting the team to meet quality objectives
  • Take part in quality investigations, including RCCA and 7-Steps, as determined by the QCE
  • Provide direct feedback to build and design processes
  • Define and troubleshoot tooling
  • Eliminate bottlenecks
  • Increase utilization of test equipment
  • Reduce inventory and maximize turnaround time
  • Take part in ongoing collaboration regarding best practices and strategies
  • Identify and communicate training needs and skills gaps in the teams, carrying out training and coaching as necessary
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full time on site.
