
Senior Data Analytics Specialist

- Partner with stakeholders to understand short- and long-term goals, define key metrics, and deliver insights that influence decisions
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across HR functions
- Use data storytelling to communicate findings and recommendations in a compelling and credible way
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Lead and support HR data projects, including system upgrades and new tool implementations
- Translate complex data into clear narratives that support change management and adoption of new processes
- Implement data security protocols to safeguard sensitive HR information
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in HR analytics workflows
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives where HR data and reporting are critical
- Apply statistical methods to define and track KPIs related to HR data accuracy and efficiency
- Support data integration efforts with non-HR systems to ensure consistent and meaningful data definitions
- Own and drive analytics projects with a technical mindset and a focus on innovation
- Engage with third-party vendors to implement new analytics features and reporting capabilities
- Partner with leadership on change management strategies to ensure successful rollout and adoption of analytics solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (advanced degree is a plus)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on cross-functional reporting
- Experience in human capital management is a plus
- Strong background in analytics and data storytelling
- Proven ability to build dashboards and present insights effectively
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Report Stories
- Familiarity with ADP Payroll, ICIMS, and SuccessFactors is a plus
- Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis and visualization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Adaptive leadership style to engage team members with varying technical expertise
- Strong collaboration skills across all levels of the organization
