- Check production jobs frequently and make necessary corrections to complete assigned work on schedule.
- Operate computer systems components and its peripheral equipment.
- Monitor environment and power supplies for proper operating conditions.
- Document problems and actions by completing Operator logs.
- Train team members as needed.
- Knowledge of PC experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- A good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Knowledge of computer systems operations terminology.
- Knowledge of basic IT terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of IT operations, equipment, procedures, and workflow.
- Skills in the operation of a variety of data processing equipment.
- Skills in the operation of computer peripheral equipment.
- Good time management skills
- Skill in operating a variety of data processing equipment.
- Ability to learn quickly.
