The Digital Marketing Director oversees digital marketing initiatives and is responsible for architecting, directing, and continuously optimizing donor acquisition and engagement funnels from awareness through conversion and retention in partnership with, and at the direction of, the VP of Global Communications.The DMD will possess a unique blend of strategic funnel expertise, advanced technical skills, and collaborative leadership abilities. Challenged to drive measurable growth through sophisticated digital strategies, manage complex funnel optimization projects, and partner effectively with Global Communications team members, a successful Digital Marketing Director understands how to translate organizational objectives into high-performing digital experiences that drive sustainable growth and engagement. The role requires expertise in email management systems, prospecting methodologies, SEO optimization, paid advertising, and cross-functional collaboration with designers, copywriters, and other
