About the Role:We are seeking an exceptional Care Professional to provide elevated, dignified, and personalized care for clients who value excellence. This position is ideal for someone who embodies compassion, professionalism, and discretion — and who thrives in creating meaningful, supportive relationships with aging adults and their families.As a caregiver with Interim HealthCare of Santa Rosa, you’ll be working with a trusted local agency known for delivering gold-standard home care throughout Sonoma County. Many of our clients are private pay or long-term care insurance recipients who expect the highest quality of support — from personal care to companionship and lifestyle assistance.Who You Are:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide standby or hands-on support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Offer thoughtful companionship, engagement, and emotional presence
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
  • Support with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention using proper techniques
  • Help manage appointments, errands, and transportation as needed
  • Observe and document changes in condition; communicate effectively with care team
  • Respect client preferences, routines, and dignity at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of professional caregiving experience
  • CNA or HHA certification (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with dementia care, hospice, or complex family dynamics
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Clear background check, current TB test, physical, and CPR certification
  • Able to work legally in the U.S.
  • Experience working in high-end private homes or with discerning clientele a plus
