
Packaging Sales Executive (Flexible Packaging/BOPP)

- Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize profitability and market share
- Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for managing customer needs
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Ti solutions to recommend optimal products and features
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer forecasting accuracy, supporting effective planning and resource allocation
- Communicate customer activities and market insights to the company to support strategic decision-making
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years practical sales experience with quota responsibility, market development, account planning, customer engagement, etc.
- Flexible packaging industry experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated successful experience in a sales position that involved negotiating complex transactions
- Skilled in developing sales penetration and growth strategies for targeted accounts
- Excellent financial skills and business acumen
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning
- Excellent skills with MS Office applications such as Excel pivot tables
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Ability to Travel > 50%
- Must be located in the following locations (Southeast, Dallas Texas, Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC, Greenville SC ect)
