Your role is essential in maintaining the safety and security of residents, staff, families, and volunteers, serving as the pivotal contact for medical Hospice concerning resident care needs, and ensuring a support system for grieving families.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate caregivers, ensuring the delivery of care per standards and policies. Be the administrative authority during evening shifts, handling household duties and ensuring smooth operations. Provide compassionate support to residents and families, especially in times of grief. Be proactive in mentoring staff, instructing on care plans, and ensuring medication procedures are followed accurately.
