Job Title: Clinical Manufacturing AssociateJob Location: Warren, NJJob Duration: 12 monthsTop Skills:2-5-year exp.If he has bachelor's manager would be fine with 2-3-year exp if they have High School, then needs more experience.Worker with cell culture, harvest, Aseptic tech, Pharma experience.Work Schedule: Mon Fri 8:30AM 5PM + Weekends as NeededDetailed Position Responsibilities:Production of blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.Aseptic techniqueBecome fully trained and qualified in all aspects of assigned processes.Develop a high level of technical knowledge of project(s)Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure proper quantities are added/removed.Adhere to the production schedule ensuring on-time, internal production logistics.Record production data and information in a clear, concise, format according to proper GDPs.Work in a team based, cross-functional environment to complete production tasks required by shift schedule.Assist tech transfers in and out of the clinical facility.Motivated, team consciousness individuals are needed to fulfill job requirements.No direct reports will be assigned to this job role.Perform other tasks as assigned.Desired Experience Required:Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing or lab techniqueExperience within cGMP/FDA regulated industry.Basic mathematical skillsTechnical writing capabilityProficient in MS Office applicationsBackground to include an understanding and application within industry of biology, chemistry, medical or clinical practices.Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:Advanced understanding of cell culture
