Knowledge and aptitude for use of a variety of computer software applications and property management systems and reservation systems.
Ensures that goals are being translated to the team as they relate to guest tracking and productivity.
Serves as Manager on Duty in absence of the General Manager
EducationHigh school diploma or GEDExperienceThree (3) years previous hotel guest services, front desk, housekeeping or related management experience.Hours requiredScheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs.
