What You'll Do:
  • Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
  • Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Respond promptly to service requests from residents and staff
  • Maintain residential units and shared spaces to a high standard
  • Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all
  • Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship
What You'll Need:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience required.
  • Requires strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments.
