This Assistant Project Manager role supports luxury mixed-use developments from precon to close-out. You'll work directly under a Project Manager across high-value projects ranging from $15M-$250M.
  • Assist Project Managers in overseeing construction progress and subcontractor coordination
  • Track budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Support estimating and bidding for upcoming projects
  • Help manage financial documentation and reconciliation (G702/G703)
  • Maintain drawing logs and review construction documents
