You'll guide new customers through their journey — from sales demos to onboarding, implementation, and long-term success. You’ll become an expert in a complex B2B SaaS product and serve as the go-to liaison between customers, engineering, and leadership.Your responsibilities will include:Leading customer onboarding and implementation processes from start to finishDelivering technical product demos and supporting the sales team during the pre-sales processManaging multiple simultaneous client implementations (30+ at a time) with a high degree of organization and process rigorCollaborating with engineering and product teams to improve onboarding tools and processesBuilding deep, long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities for expansionRepresenting customer feedback and insights internally to shape future roadmap and product directionIdeal Candidate Background3–8 years of total work experience, with at least 2+ years in a software company — ideally a fast-growing startup or an environment that signals strong execution (e.g. consulting, banking)1+ year of customer-facing experience with a strong focus on improving internal or client-facing processesProven ability to manage complex B2B SaaS implementations at scaleStrong project management and organizational skills with a process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be interfacing with executives, engineers, and customers dailyPreferredExperience in the construction tech ecosystem or with clients in the construction industryFamiliarity with accounting workflows or financial systemsPrior experience working closely with product and engineering teams to refine onboarding and implementation processesCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary range: $110,000 to $165,000Equity: 0.01% – 0.10%Visa sponsorship available (H-1B, TN, etc.) for qualified candidatesFull-time, in-office role based in San Francisco — join a team that believes in deep collaboration and high ownershipThis is a rare opportunity to join a small but mighty team building something truly impactful — with direct exposure to the CEO and the ability to shape customer success from the ground up.
