- This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and customers
- Communicating with the operations team on behalf of the customer
- Up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate
- Assisting the outside sales team with order entry and processing of orders
- Solving customer delivery and material challenges
- Entering quotes and job pricing into the system
- Maintaining customer database both individually and on a team
- All other duties as assigned and working in a team environment
- Pay starts at $48-60K (based on experience)

- High level Customer service and/or inside sales experience!
- Experience with metals is a plus!
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Must be thick-skinned and able to deal with difficult situations
