➢ Provides recommendations regarding and monitoring of third-party procurement contracts, including verification that third-party obligations are in line with Service Level Agreements.
➢ Manages website and related resources for office supplies and equipment.
➢ Assists in the development and issuance of RFPs for vendor services as well as the analysis of proposals received resultant from such RFPs.
➢ Manages daily facilities maintenance issues at STAR facilities.
➢ Utilizes a service management platform to create, track and complete tickets in timelines set by the Director of Facilities & Physical Security
➢ Manages company vehicle assignments and maintenance.
➢ Receives FedEx, UPS or freight deliveries throughout the day.
➢ Oversees mail operations at STAR Headquarters, including the operation of mail metering equipment for postage related to outgoing mail.
➢ Ensure departments are stocked with proper office supplies and carries out the distribution of supplies to facilities.
➢ Collects dropped off packages and distributes to proper personnel.
➢ Conducts quarterly reviews of all facilities at the direction of the Director and provides recommendations regarding the suitability and efficacy of existing STAR facilities;
➢ Manages storage & destruction of documents based on STAR’s Retention Policy.
➢ Establishes primary contacts with third-party providers providing facility related services to STAR and acts as liaison among all such third-parties at all STAR locations;
➢ Guides and supervises third-parties during the providing of on-site services to STAR;
➢ Assists lock box, as needed.
➢ Assists in the management of security equipment consisting of Cameras, Door access and Alarm systems.
➢ Oversees the production of employee access devices and access codes and carries out the revocation of access, when necessary;
➢ Acts as liaison from the Facilities & Physical Security Department to the Audit Department for purposes of video audit reviews;
